Suture choice plays an important part in achieving optimal tissue attachment, particularly where superior handling and flexibilty are key considerations.
GORE-TEX® Suture, a nonabsorbable ePTFE suture, delivers the handling and performance characteristics sought by a variety of surgical specialties. Soft, flexible, and compressible for ease-of-use, the suture features a microporous structure that permits tissue attachment, fosters a benign tissue response, and allows for an approximate 1:1 needle-to-thread ratio.
